With over eight years of experience in the food service industry—both at the front counter and in the kitchen—I’ve had the opportunity to serve countless customers and work closely with a variety of food service distributors. Over time, I’ve seen firsthand the sharp rise in prices for both food and non-food products, making it increasingly difficult for small business owners to stay competitive while keeping prices affordable. At the same time, rising wages and operational costs have made it harder than ever for local businesses to turn a profit. After witnessing these challenges, I knew I wanted to make a difference. That’s why I became a local consultant for Paybotx, a company that’s been helping merchants reduce their credit card processing fees since 2021. Q: How does it work?
A: We eliminate the fees that credit card processing companies charge you to make a bigger profit. We do this by passing a 4% fee to the customer and saving you money. For example if their total was $10 if they paid cash it would be $10 if they paid with card it would be $10.40
Q: Won't I lose customers?
A: No, people understand that prices and wages have gone up so as long as you provide a good product and good service people are more than happy to help. In addition customers use rewards card that give them the 2-3% that you paid for them to use their card.
Q: Will this work with my system or do I need a new one?
A: Unfortunately not, we use a propriety system that we program into the machines ourself. Don't worry we cover the cost of the machines so their is no upfront cost for you.
Q: Do I need to install it?
A: No we will bring the machine and install it for you and make sure everything is working smoothly for you.
Q: How does customer service work?
A: You will have 3 points of contact, us at Reds Services , Paybotx, and finally the machine will give you the number of the manufacturer (Valor, Clover, Dejavoo, ECT) for 24/7 help
